We are the caretakers of Black Hole wormhole systems within Anoikis. Our mission is to create uniformity among all Black Hole systems. By gaining full influence over a system through full POCO control we will grow to complete our mission as the Black Hole Ding Syndicate Drifters.

- Any system under full influence will remain clean of all non approved filth.
- Capsuleer corporations wishing to reside within a system of influence must maintain inluence at maximum and in turn will be granted residence and support from the greater Drifters.
- Aggression and efforts towards dismantling our inluence in a system will result in a full system cleansing.
