Sphere Industries was created in 2003 By Fruny and Gravedigger.
They're AFK, I haven't seen Fruny in nearly a decade, GD still lives, but no longer bothers with Eve, last I spoke with him, he was healthy and happy!

In their absence SolidHadden acts as lone Director.
