A corp for independent-minded capsuleers. No compulsory corp mining/missioning. You keep what you mine/kill - we regularly do stuff together but it's voluntary and we split the profit evenly regardless of skill level.
We like folk that can mine, mission, explore/probe and don't mind the odd bit of PvP (or at least know how to fit a ship for it.) "Specialization is for insects." (or at the very least for alts!)
Having said that, if you want to mine or mission etc. 24/7 then that's entirely up to you.
